Open ~/public_html/index.html — at the top you’ll find a JSON block labelled site-text. Change strings there; reload the browser. Adjust colors via the :root CSS variables.
For bigger changes later, duplicate a .tile in the markup or peel styles into a separate stylesheet — no framework required.
